2026 MAINTENANCE FEE - $375.00

The 2026 invoices went out in December. If you haven't received it yet, then it is probably lost in the mail system. If you contact the office, we can email you a copy of it or you can just pay it without the invoice, just make sure you put your address on the payment. The amount is $375.00. There is not an option to pay online so it will need to be paid by check, money order, cashier's check, or cash if you pay in person. You can mail it to PMCIA, P.O. Box 57116, Webster, TX 77598, or pay in person during office hours. There also is a drop box at the office that is checked daily. Please don't put cash in the drop box. Make it payable to PMCIA or Piper's Meadow. It is due by February 1st. Late fee is added after March 1st.
