April 18th & 19th - There will be a 40-yard roll-off dumpster for residents to dispose of excess volume. It will be in the parking lot located by the tennis courts. Acceptable Waste : furniture, flooring, fencing, flattened cardboard, dirt, bricks, concrete, yard waste, & other junk items. Unacceptable Waste : household garbage (food waste, etc.), chemicals, paints, tires, & batteries.

The 2026 invoices went out in December. If you haven't received it yet, then it is probably lost in the mail system. If you contact the office, we can email you a copy of it or you can just pay it without the invoice, just make sure you put your address on the payment. The amount is $375.00.
